We regularly develop a Proof of Concept Suite (PCS) allowing Premier to demonstrate its proposed solutions to prospective clients, and also offers a valuable test environment for its clients to work in, away from their live environments. We work with IT Departments in a long term relationship where we act as an extension of that department - supplementing the on-site skills with installation and roll-out of specific technologies (perhaps Anti Virus, Email policy engines etc.). Often we are called upon to perform complete installations of a network, and provide liaison with third party software vendors to give the client the infrastructure their business systems require. Premier supplies and implements the Cisco™ wireless access points, routers and switches that make up the networks we design, using our qualified engineers. We supply and implement the Microsoft™ server technologies on the Compaq and Dell server hardware platforms using our Microsoft™ qualified engineers. We install the antivirus products we supply. Premier implements hardware and software solutions in conjunction with the client's project timescales. Implementation services may be required when a client needs to start a new project, when a new site is being brought on to the network or is moving, or when a technology is being replaced with a new incarnation.

Network technology and security threats constantly evolve. Premier network maintenance and support services ensure optimal and secure network performance. Premier provides network support to clients either on networks and servers we have installed, or on "inherited" networks following a site survey. We understand your network infrastructure in depth, and can assess the network using appropriate and proven monitoring and diagnostic tools. We maintain a depth of skills in problem resolution, and a spread of skills in each engineer. As much remote network monitoring and support as possible is conducted using the secure network links between our site and our clients' sites. This provides continuous coverage and ensures that expensive site visits are kept to a minimum.
